does anyone else fi nd that on the first day of their offers the items are sold out and not to be repeated? Today it was goose breasts.

Some stores don't get enough of an advertised product. Our local Lidl got only four of their widely advertised HD TV sets - after the store had opened they all went in the first 3 minutes! On the other hand, they're often overstocked with stuff, and the staff have problems finding space on the racks week after week for items nobody wants.
