I have ordered some GHD straighteners from a site called GHDROOM,I have not received them,I have emailed them numerous times,and have now threatened them with the small claims court,what else can I do and has anyone else had this crap experience!!!

how did you pay? if you paid with a credit card you may have some protection through your credit card company.
