does it really help do you think? having a hot curry or something spicy when you have a cold? i'm really bunged up need a cure fast!

yep have meeting tomorrow with head honcho's so maybe curry is nopt such a good idea, chicken soup ot will have to be!

Out some chillies in your chicken soup. That will clear your sinuses!
If the enzyme in chillies can make cancer cells self-destruct, imagine what it would do to the common cold....
