Logo Quiz

Can anyone help with a logo please? It looks like an elipse made up of a red inverted comma on the left and a green inverted comma on the right, with a white S shape in the middle. Looked at another way it could be a road leading up a valley with a red hill on one side and a green hill on the other!!

It looks famiiar, but I can't find it.

Might be from Wales or charity based, perhaps??

Are you by any chance doing the school based logo quiz from Tondu? Sadly I don't know the one you are asking for but do you know the blue circle with the 16 yellow dots. Infuriating things logos!

I'm trying to help my son's friend who is in Wales, so it may well be the same quiz! He did not ask me about the one you mention, but I'll try to find out if he has that one.
