LOL.......Well, Ankou, if you decide to compare her style to her mums, i would be cautious and wear a hardhat, a set of ear muffs and find a ditch to dive into, after she erupts!.

unfortunatly though, its starting to feel like i am 'doin' her. is there a point in a womans life where she "becomes" her mother ? i would have thought 50s or 60s, not early 30s
I love my mother dearly, but I hate to be told I'm like her in any way (I'm like my dad). I will never become like my mother, apart from the kindly and sweet bit.
I don't think she would take it as a compliment, but you need to persuade her somehow to have a different style. I could suggest how, but can't be bothered.
