My neighbours don't need earrplugs,I think they may all be deaf because when we complain about the noise they make they seem to have no idea what we are talking about.............doors slamming at all hours of the day and night,running up and down bare wood stairs in high heels,loud r&b music played with the speakers on the windowsill and windows open,etc.etc.
They are about to get their comeuppance :-)
I always wanted to learn an instrument but my lung disease rules out many of them,my consultant recommended I take up drumming to strengthen my upper body.
