I don't have permission to access the account, so can't see it.
Neither have I, but if you have the full name of the case (not just the claimant/ defendant name) and, ideally, the year of it, it can be found elsewhere. If you have access to law reports ( All England LawReports, Weekly Law Reports etc) you can find the case yourself. Your textbook will give the reference or you can probably find that online. You may find the report itself online. The headnote to the report of the case will say what the issues were , including what questions of statutory interpretation arose,how these were decided, and the page number and letter at which the judge(s) gave their reasons and findings on each question. Easy !
