this is a friend of mine and i told her to try her as i was of the same opinion as VHG, this is exactly how the quests are worded, she has done most of the course as far as i know (dont know how much she has left to do), but i told her this evening i think this is what she is expected to know and not what she has to answer.

In the unit Operate A Computer you normally have a set of questions. The questions are normally set by your training provider or if your assessor does not have these ask your assessor to set you up some questions to fill in the gaps in your knowledge and understanding from this unit. They know you and your work best and will be able to see what you need to show you understand. Dont worry though, this could be as simple as What is a USB ? You google if not known and then write your answer against the question. This page is then submitted with your work. Shout if you need more help.
