Pretty please can someone tell me the name of the band or what song this is. It starts playing at the 12.20min mark of the program and I have put the link above.I have been searching for this song since last year and nearly gave up until I heard it again the other day.Please can some kind soul put me out of my misery.

Ok, for some reason the link did not appear, apologies. I have a copy of the programme which I can send to anyone who might be able to help me find out what this song is after a year of searching! |t was used in the episode called the truth about happy hour.
