Can anybody tell me how to reset my Router, back to its factory settings, I have lost my security code to log in with. I have tried the hle at the back which looks like a reset switch but nothing happens. Can anyone help please.

Did you put your own password in. If not the default on this model is "Guest" for both username and password

it probably is the hole at the back, hold a paper clip or similar in there for about 10secs and all your lights should flash
