Just take it in turns y'know, what fun, we could be on a rota and kick sh!t out of the people that get on out t!ts...LOL

but then allow then back but only with a penalty clause against them !!!
We would have folk coming in and out ...it would be a laugh..
Then if they go too far, we would have to have a meeting of the higher etchalance to cast their votes
