I know this should really be in radio, but that seems to be a lost cause currently....
All the news presenters gathered to wish Terry farewell this morning, but no Fran Godfrey.
She's been out of the morning scene for months, even years.
Any story here?

I am listening to Radio 2 at the moment and Fran has read the news this afternoon,she says she was there this morning and had a cuddle with Sir Tel,however I wonder if they had a falling out or something as she hasn't been reading the news when he is on for absolutely ages.....

I believe Fran preferes to work late shifts as she did when she used to be on our local radio in Bournemouth (2CR) and like Paul O`grady isn`t a `morning person`.

Fran dropped out when Lyn the welsh girl started to appear. I didnt take to her, she was so brash after nice Fran. Thats when I started to listen more to Radio 4, and gradually I stopped listening to Terry much at all. Lyn is so pushy!
