Adobe Flash update

Mrs sqad cannot open a link on her hotmail account because it needs Adobe Flash Update.

When she tries to download this update a message comes up "Please close Chrome"

How do you close Chrome?

Chrome is your browser, I'm assuming she'll have the page she's trying to download Flash from open in the background? Close that, till you've nothing but your normal desktop on your screen.

BOO...sorry, it still says close Chrome down before it can download Adobe.

could she try looking at the email on another browser, eg IE?

Try closing the browser and then finding the Adobe icon in the row on the bottom right hand side. You should be able to update from there, but I think you need to close the browser to facilitate the download.

Chrome will not have it under any circumstances.
