Just after qualifications:

6months junior House Surgeon
6 months junior House Physician
6 months Senior House Officer (very junior post) in Dermatology and Radiotherapy (as it was called then).

I had a flat in Eaton Place. Best years of my life...will never forget Brighton, for which there is a part in my heart.
Played Golf at Devil's Dyke and squash at Brighton College.
Evening drinking at the Bristol....on the front, bottom of the hill from the RSCH.

met a girl called Ann Ross, she took me home, Rottingdean to meat her parents LOL....she had red hair, 16 yrs old and was a Cadet Nurse......they couldn't take the SEN course until they were 18years old.

Her mother thought i was fantastic,just the person for her daughter to marry, a young doctor, but the father saw through me straight away and when I looked at him, I knew what he was thinking and he knew that I knew what he was thinking.
