Play.com - how the 4 and a half do you contact them????

I have been trying for hours to get through to Play.com on 0845 800 1020 "still" with no joy. Does anybody know if they have an email address?? I have tried replying to:- [email protected] but had a reply saying "mailbox unattended".

I got through to that number on Thursday (17th) and it's a call centre in India. This is a premium rate number and they kept me waiting once I was connected and used various time-wasting techniques. In addition, the advice given wasn't very helpful anyway. So in the end I decided to write them a letter !

PS. They sent me two unsolicited CDs and charged my account !!
