Hi, when you roast veg when do you add the balsamic vinegar..and how much do you add??

Just a sprinkling over the veg when serving. But I have now found something even nicer. Balsamic rich balsamic glaze. I drizzle that over the veg instead and it is sticky rather than runny and glazes well. All the supermarkets seem to stock it. It has many uses for glazing. Over meat,in jacket potatoes ,salads,etc. Very tasty.
