i just make my lasagne while making spagettii bolignese as my children don't eat it so i just some of the small tin cases and prepare it and once cool put them in the freezer and take them out as i need them

have a good christmas genthon
I freeze things like this either in tin cases like the ones you get a chinese take away in, or freeze it in your container, and then transfer it to a resealable bag. When you want to eat it put it back in the original container to thaw and re-heat. Works for all those kinds of dishes - Moussaka, Meat loaves like Bobotie etc as well as lasagne.
