Help Needed In Putting A Film Onto 2 Discs.

I have downloaded a movie (VCD) and it is to large to go on one disc. How do I get it to go onto two discs i.e. Part 1 and Part 2.

Please explain in not to technical terms as I am not to bright with the techno stuff. All help is appreciated.

I use a program called Cucusoft to split any large files.Its really easy to do, but I think it costs about a tenner to download.Look on www.download.com ,you might find a program that does this for free.
