I think I've got most, but still need a bit of help....

1. What is the skull in the bottom right of the pic?
2. What is the reflection of the Barber's Pole in the shop window on the left?
3. What is the General Practioner's shop?
4. I cannot read the black sign with pinkish writing between the 'mis smar ple' and john smith matt smith' signs-any clues please?

and Doctor who for the practitioners
dont know the others but do you know what the blue car signifies also the goose signpost and the u with the wheelie bin in

The blue car has a star in it - the star in the car is part of Top Gear

I thought of doctors for general practitioners but I don't think doctors have been in the christmas issue or did I miss it
