Is it just me or can you feel the love in the air?

Ive recently come to notice that peace and harmony seems to be enveloping everyone in a forcefield like bubble, smiles on everyones faces, children playing in the street, the stray dog that usually chases me down the street barking at me trying to bite me, nuzzled me and licked my hand, those crazy gang members that are usually stabbing and shooting each other seemed to engaging in a deep and meaningful conversation about the need for god and religion to enrich their lives, and even the local crackhead who usually begs me for a pound asked me do i need to borrow any money.

Has anyone else noticed the lack of anger, hatred and unfriendliness out there or have i forgot to take my rose tinted spectacles off?
