Can anyone help please? What is the name for Seasoned Flamed Beef. (6.5. letters) Would appreciate any help with this. Many thanks.

Thank you spacedcase and Jules001. Both suggestions are feasible but yet neither gives any indication of the "seasoned" part . I can only think of Pepper Steak but I don't think that's right as it's always referred to
as Peppered Steak which of course is too many letters. I'll keep thinking amd if you do come up with anything else I would be very grateful for your help. Thank you both again.
