Arnold Schwarzenegger film?

In the dance track "Reachers of Civilization" by York, there is a vocal sample which sounds a bit like:

"To the civilized ways of the fair-goers ... these clothes ... pity for these onlookers ... cover their pale bodies from the sun and the wind ... tribesmen and people from other lands ..."

It sounds exactly like Arnie, but does anyone know which of his films it is?

Could be that it's from one of the many Conan the Librarian, sorry, Barbarian films, sounds like something that he would say in that.

It sounds something fantasy-like, but I've seen both of Arnie's Conan films and those phrases don't seem to be in them!

Maybe it's not Arnie, but it certainly sounds like it couldn't be anybody else!
