The barber's sign is a red herring but it can just be seen in the reflection of J Jones window.

I don't think the Barbers Pole is a deliberate Red Herring but perhaps an accidental one, RT did not need to blank out the actual Barbers Pole but did so, so perhaps just forgot to blank out the reflecftion as it is quite faint anyway.
