Its not maudlin to remember lost ones, its only my second New Year without my darling husband, so still feels wrong (naturally) but will raise a glass and think happy thoughts.

Mazie, i lost my mum to Alzheimer's 15 years ago. It's one of the most terrible illnesses that can happen. x
