i think the song you're referring to is 'the court of king caractacus'.  i think it was originally a scout campfire song, but rolf harris has done a version which is on his 'best of' cd here: http://www.play247.com/play247.asp?page=title&r=CD&title=121616 along with his other classics!
Deep breath!

Oh, the scintillating witches who sewed the breeches of the boys who put the powder on the noses of the faces of the ladies of the harem of the court of King Caractacus were just passing by.

All together now...

Ah, I can almost hear Rolf's wobble-board.

That's not it littleoldme it's...

So if you want to take some pictures of the fascinating witches, who put the scintilating stitches in the bridges of the boys who put the powder on the noses of the faces of the ladies of the harem of the court of king caratacus....

well you're too late! coz they just (drum roll) passed (drum roll) byyyyyyyyyyyyy (big finish!)

By the way i'm doing the actions here aswell (god i'm good ;-) )

Gaahh! Beaten on The Court of King Caractacus! Oh the shame. Trumped! Vanquished! I've been...*gasp*...out-Rolfed!

Nice actions though. Love the big finish :-)

The song is called the court of King Caractacus i have a version by the australian painter/singer Rolf " can you guess what it is yet" Harris
