Hi Dris
Just wondered how the temp is for you. I remember reading you are near the S of G. Once spent a wonderful night camping at the Devil's Elbow in the most appalling gale and rain storm!

Hey Viv -its blooming cold but only a smattering of snow all day but sufficent that the skiers will be very very happy for the first time in years !!

Was that the old 'Devils Elbow' or once they had straightened it to a 'degree'?

I love going there for a run -in the car -its sensational-and we always stop off at the car park and have a trek of sorts. You must be hardy !!!!

Twas back in the early 70's. I have even washed my hair under the bridge and rubbed thru a few "smalls"! Never tasted water so beautifully soft. The water down south is so hard - live in the old Hampshire Basin. You can get through a load of limescale remover here.

I did have a good weekend thanks Dris. I am getting more garrulous every year. Because of my hearing problems I find I can no longer enjoy social occasions in large numbers, so that is why I have started here. You can talk to some very nice people too. I always enjoy real personalities too! Salt of the earth and all that.
