DR10 endorsements can only be removed 11 years after the date of conviction (not of the offence). If that time has now passed you can get a replacement licence (with the DR10 endorsement omitted) for £20:

Or -sorry Chris -if you chose to hang onto your license and its old style then do you not get a new style free of charge?
I still have the old green one as has my husband and he has hung onto his so he has a clean license when he gets the new style.
I dont have a reason to get a new one until -what bleeding date?
Where my husband held onto his for different reasons.

So what type do you have basically -if its the old stlye hang onto it so it wont be transferred albeit spent -if its new then just keep your license.
Regardless of the reason, exchanging an old style paper licence for photocard will incur a fee of £20.
