or press the ball of your foot for 10 seconds, repeat a couple of times
i only got the first 10 seconds of it, the internet is too slow, from what i heard that would be kind of relaxing for anyone who likes that genre of music,, for me i woul listen to slow elctronic or instrumental or trance,,, or soft songs
