exterior protection for wooden weatherboarding
4 Answers
We're having a porch-***-cloakroom built on our Victorian property and are cladding the outside in red pine weatherboarding. To treat the cladding, we decided we want to paint but cannot find a suitable product - either the colour is wrong or the paint is unsuitable for likely prevailing conditions.
In recent years we've seen a number of properties with cladding and exterior woodwork painted in a (chic and trendy) pale dusty grey-green matt colour that looks very traditional. Anyone any idea what colour it could be and the name of the manufacturer? It's not a lot to go on, I know.
We've looked at the Cupinol range of products but the colours are unexciting - OK for garden furniture and sheds but not for our snobby new porch. I'd appreciate any suggestions for a suitable product.
Thanks
