I was thinking of getting rid of some old computer stuff and was advised to put it on FreeCycle.
After going through all the reigistration and being approved by my local group I clicked on the wanted section and saw this:-
Monitor wanted, latest LCD or TFT only. No Rubbish. Can you deliver ?.

If you don't ask you don't get...
If you delivered it they would probably complain about the size or colour!
i registered on there about 6 months ago and never went back.

seems like a collection pit for an ebay trading post to me.
i know! ask you!! lol ...
i had to smile myself when i was having a scan through the wanted section in ours-
'wanted, 250 carpet tiles, preferably blue'
mind you, we had a lucky turn once when asking on the off chance for a little hydraulic step machine whatsit,
a chappy answered the add, arranged a meet for collection, and there and behold, still its box and wrapping, was a virtually brand new one!
apparantly it was bought for the wife and she 'couldnt get on with it' ... lol ...
We have had 2 fish tanks off there, and recently got some new gym equipment kind of stuff which was pretty good.
My fella has signed up to the group local to my mums as it is a fair bit more of a posh/expensive town and people round there give away much better stuff lol!
