Should Women serve in submarines and tanks?

If military laws are altered to accommodate females, then surely these women should forgo the luxury of privacy, instead of all necessary special provisions and expensive design alterations being carried out to cater for their needs

when i asked my friend and someone else why women weren't allowed on submarines ,i was told that some women have but only for short times and had to sign a declaration that if they are unable to have children later then they would not be able to hold the navy responsible ,i don't know how true this is but i trust my friend of 20 years the other person was when we went on a submarine and someone asked the guy who was taking us round who was a navy officer and got the same answer.nothing was ever mentioned about the space by either the officer or my friend
