why is it a problem or offensive to discuss black people? are they so insecure, or do they just hate their colour so much, they don't want to hear about it or themselves?

people should be free to discuss what they want. if there's no discussions and conversations how would one know what the other person thinks? having conversations helps address many situations and problems.
