I may have mentioned the Smuggler once or twice. It's a non pc ex-pats monthly that used to be free, but I think you have to pay a euro for it now. I have literally cried laughing at some of the letters and jokes featured in the past.

Yip that me -we're closer to Cartagena -thats where we have to go to see the 'Mayor' for legal stuff -we've had the place for nr 5yrs now as well but hey maybe I should get a job in the legal system there -job for life lol!!
