Can you take painkillers wth antibiotics?

I want to take paracetamol, ibuprofen and the antibiotics. Will this be ok?

It is based on taking the correct dose of all medication. I am used to taking paracetamol and ibuprofen (separetely) at the same time and dont see what the problem would be in taking 2 different kinds of painkillers as long as they do not share the same active ingredient.
Never take dihydrocodiene and tramadol at the same time!,they have different active ingredients but should not be mixed,I found this out when I did just that.lol. I passed out in my kitchen and banged the right side of my face on the way to the floor,I had a lovely black eye and swollen face for several days.
