Its hard to tell wether some people are male or female on this site, it can affect the way you answer a question if you dont know the sex. i.e He/She, Him/Her, profile names dont give this sort of info sometimes. I think we should have profile info which says what sex we are so that we know for future reference when answering questions. I dont know about the rest of u but i dont want to offend some guy by calling him 'she' or vice versa. :-)

Why would we want equality?

I don't want to be like a man.

I couldn't cope with the drop in status, salary or sex drive.

Just a silly idea, please dont bite my head off anyone, but if someone is going to get in a tizz by getting called he/she,when she/he is not they maybe they could have the option of saying something like'I would like to be addressed as he/she'in a profile,if these where ever an option. There, tonight here is worse than trying to sort my kids out!
