My daughter is seperating from her partner of the last seven years with whom she has two children. She has not contributed to the property in any way which is solely in her partners name.

She has been advised under the Childrens Act she can apply to have the property transferred into her name to provide a home for the children until they are 18. Can anyone advise if this applies to the full value or a proportion of the property value and likelyhood of success.

Thanks

Why doesn't she try working to provide a home for her children and also discuss maintenance with her former partner instead of trying to grab whatever she can off him
