For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.well craft it's probably safer, I've had to go out in it most days, and it's quite unnerving, we don't have the driving experience in this country for these conditions, i drive slowly on the untreated iced up side roads but there's always one eejit in a 4 x 4 thinking he's in a rally, they forget we can't just get out of their way so they can hurtle over the ice .
the snow is a foot or so deep and the car is still buried. I know that when I can drive I need petrol urgently so I'm slightly worried about running out of petrol in this weather.
Due to my arthritis I'm not good at walking at the best of times so my daughter is petrified that I'll fall......she rang from NZ again to tell me not to go out!!

lol redman......do you think Tesco will bring it with my groceries.....
Worst case scenario is that I have another week in and then the daughter is home.....at least I've food, fags, and warmth so I'm better off than a lot of other....can't even think what is happening to the poor buggers who normally sleep rough....
