Benny, I'm nearly 38 and I've been working with the same people since I was 18, and they STILL treat me like this. Although I am senior to them in our jobs they still see me as the wee lassie who started 20 years ago - it's not even like they are that much older than me, but they were all married with kids while I was still at home with my folks and not long out of school. I've since been married twice and have a 13 year daughter, but it doesn't change the fact that no one seems to take me seriously, and it drives me MENTAL!!!!!!
