Cold weather payments!

I am currently on maternity leave and claiming child tax credits. So would I be entitled to the 'Cold weather payment'? It isn't very clear on the 'direct gov' website as to whether you have to be on income support with a child under 5 or just have a child under 5.

If you're entitled to it you get it automatically. You need to be on a means tested benefit.

Thanks for your quick replies! (zzxxee, I'm not pregnant, have a 4 month old baby and on maternity leave!)
