I have Norton 360 3.0 installed and have a back up of all my files. I have deleted an email that I would like to read again, but I don't know how to restore it or even itis backed up. Please can anyone help. I have tried several times, but nothing seems to have happened. Please reply in easy to understand terms and step by step please. Thank you for any help offered.

Silly question, but I suppose you have already emptied your Recycling Bin? If you haven't, it should still be in there.

Deleted emails will go into your deleted items, not recycle bin. Quite what this question is doing in Law is anybody's guess.
