Central Heating Grant

My daughter has recently moved into a property that has no central heating.Does anyone know if she can apply for a grant to help towards installing or is it just for those on benefits or aged over 60? Thanks

unless your local council are running an energy efficiency scheme in your area then they are usually just for the over 60's or people on benefits.
