Have seen this as a New year celebration somewhere in the world. Have googled but drawn a blank.
Any ideas, could it be a mis spelling of something else.
Really looking for the month of the year it is celebrated

Not really sure what I mean. I was looking through a list of various New Year Celebrations throughout the world and just could not locate anything about Rish Nassanu.
Maybe you are correct but if so it was a terrible typo error.
