How do you determine the rising and setting times for the Summer Triangle; Deneb, Altair and Vega?

Deneb is one of three stars in what is known as the ‘Summer Triangle’. The other two stars in the Summer Triangle are Altair and Vega.

Around the edge is the days of the year and time of day. If you match the time of day to the date you should see which stars are visible through the window.
Conversely If you find the date you're interested in and rotate the window until a particular star is no longer visible and then read the time off against the date you will find the setting time of that star.
