I use a C64 series Epson printer but keep getting wavy-line print outs...anyone know why? I've been through the nozzle cleaning routine and all that stuff and the paper is straight as it feeds in, so any ideas? Ta Muchly.

By wavy line do you mean the text is all wavy (not straight?).

Hi Diz, the wavy print seems to be random, it could be part of a line of text, here and there or a line itself...I hope that's of some help.
Print two identical sheets, tell me if they are printed identical. I know you said random but this will prove it is random..

Will do Diz, back in a while, a few mins.

HI Diz, both identical print outs have same wavy words rather than line...it seems now to be words rather than a line...now that its been looked at more closely...hope this still helps - and Thanks for taking the time.
All I can suggest is that you reinstall the drivers for the printer. Since you have done all the other things such as:

Nozzle check, alignment check and ensured the paper feed is set to A4 I can't really suggest you do anything else other than that..

Here is a link to the website for the drivers: http://www.epson.com/...form=Windows&x=8&y=11
Ignore that link, it's timed out, you're going to have to go to the epson site yourself. Stupid website :)
I have an Epson Stylus SX200 and I was getting thin white lines about 1 inch apart across all printing. Eventually I contacted Epson who asked me to carry out a couple of tests, then asked me to contact a local agent. He carried out tests which gave the same results so my printer, 10 months old, was replaced with a reconditioned one. So far so good.
