why doesnt the glass of an oven door crack with the extreme temp?

I would think it's heat resistant glass.
It is tempered heat-resistant glass.
Its tempered high performance glass made like Pyrex.

Not only will it cope wityh heat but also rapid cooling when you turn the oven off.
Because it's ovenproof :-)

Now thats were your all wrong, it is getting a big problem and only this weekend it has happened to my daughter showering glass all over the kitchen with a 3 year old in there at the time. just put exploding oven doors into your computer and you will see the problems that no one seems to be doing anything about it.
