Nearly needed a new kitchen tonight..........I left the hob on mark 8 with the wok on it.....I daren't even look at the bottom of the wok as the copper will be black :-(

Craft... when it's cold, pour some olive oil onto it and wipe with kitchen towel. That should remove a lot of the black stuff.
