I am looking for the artist and the song title of a country music song of 1990's.

It starts as follows:

Thought I had a clean slate,
Thought I made a clean Break,
Never felt a heartache when i said goodbye.

The song may be called Its coming back to haunt me but I cannot find it under that.I would like the artist if possible.
