It depends on how the aid is given. Not giving doesn't help those in need. Aid needs to be in the form of necessary stuff distributed directly to the needy. And of helping to clear the mess.

It's ok to say shoot the looters but some of them are just trying to eat the same as everyone else, its easy to make judgements on how you would react when your home is still standing and theres plenty of food in the cupboards!

I must say, it annoys me the way America always want to take over.

They are not doing a good job of it. People are still hungry, despite all the donations made. I really believe that anything you donate does not go where it is meant to go.
