Lanzarote

Evening all. Ive booked my summer holiday and we're trying Lanzarote, never been before.
Anyone got any tips, things to do, places to see, things or places to avoid?? Thanks in advance.

Go up the mountain, see the amazing geysers, you can't go to Lanzarote and not do that! a guided bus trip is better than trying to to it yourself, that way you don't miss anything. Have a great time!

Papagayo beaches are the best, but not for the elderly or infirm as it's difficult to get to. the kids loved the jardin de cactus. Timanfaya volcanoes (as above) are a must :o)
