Is it possible to transfer pictures from my Motorola V3 handset onto my computer (either through a USB cable of bluetooth)?

you'd be better getting a cheap bluetooth dongle for your PC though:

that way, if you change your phone, as long as the new one has bluetooth too (it probably will), you can still use it to transfer data.

when i got my v3 it came complete with usb lead and all software needed for all operations.
